Small orders: Your order will be processed within 4 to 5 working days, often less, but due to the customized nature of some products, if your upload needs some work from our design team due to poor quality we will contact you by email to let you know if some change needs to be made.

Larger orders: We will advise you by email of the turn-around, usually about 2 weeks. Once your order is processed it will be sent out straight away. USA Orders will be sent by UPS or USPS and all international orders will be sent by USPS. Worldwide shipping can take between one to 3 weeks but usually it’s around 2 weeks. CustomShirtZone.com is not responsible for any fee uncured by your country custom office. You have the option to let us know at the checkout that the purchase is for a gift (even for yourself) and therefore some customs office wont charge any fees, please inquire with your authority. If you are not satisfied with our service, you can return your product within 30 days from receipt and we will exchange it or refund it without questions asked. Because we are using the latest printing technology and premium quality garments we are confident that it won’t be a problem. However mistakes are human so you can return your purchase if you want to. We just ask you to pay for the freight and the shirt may not be returned if it has been washed or worn. No refund will be issued due to incorrect delivery address.
